Position Overview

Seeking a seasoned Senior Architect with 12+ years’ experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects. The ideal candidate will lead architectural design, technical coordination, and ensure statutory approvals (NOCs, sanctioning), while managing multidisciplinary teams and providing strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Planning

• Lead conceptual, schematic, and detailed design for high-rise developments.

• Develop masterplans, site layouts, and drawings using UDCPR/municipal regulations (FSI/TDR, setbacks, bylaws).
• Produce feasibility studies and optimize layouts for FSI/built‑up area compliance.

• Regulatory Compliance & Liaison

• Secure statutory approvals—NOCs, OC, RERA, MOEF, CFO—with experience in project sanctioning processes.

• Liaise with PMC, UDD, MPCB, RERA, municipal bodies for sanctions and clearances.

• Technical Coordination

• Lead coordination with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and civil teams to deliver integrated solutions.

• Prepare working drawings, GFC sets, and statutory submission packs.

• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Mentor architects and liaison staff, ensuring project milestones are met.

• Present plans and respond to client or authority feedback effectively.

• Documentation & Project Management

• Maintain organized documentation and follow approval workflows methodically.

• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to project schedules and budgets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 12+ years in architectural design and planning of high-rise real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of UDCPR, DCPR, FSI/TDR norms, RERA, MOEF, municipal bylaws.
• Proven experience with NOCs, sanctioning, and liaison with government bodies.
• Excellent technical coordination skills with structural and MEP consultants.
• Leadership experience guiding teams, managing multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop and BIM tools.
• Strong organizational, presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred

• Experience in Pune/Maharashtra region familiar with local authority processes.
• Prior role coordinating approvals in Pune municipal corporation context.
• Competence in preparing sanctioning documents for RERA, CFO, MOEF approvals.
