Job Description:

We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architect/Product Designer to join our creative team. You’ll be responsible for conceptualising and developing design ideas for high-end furniture, decor elements, and architectural inlays that reflect Maia Bespoke's unique aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualise custom design pieces.
• Create detailed CAD drawings, 3D models, and presentation renders.
• Design furniture and home décor elements with a focus on luxury, craftsmanship, and unique materials like semi-precious stones, marble, and metals.
• Work closely with artisans and production teams to translate designs into tangible products.
• Conduct site visits and take measurements when required for architectural inlay work.
• Innovate with new forms, finishes, and techniques while maintaining brand ethos.
• Manage design timelines and ensure feasibility for production.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in product/furniture/architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar software. Knowledge of rendering tools like V-Ray, Keyshot, or Lumion is a plus.
• Strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and detailing.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, textures, and proportions.
• Prior experience with semi-precious stones, stone inlays, or bespoke luxury furniture is a huge advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
