Senior Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead design and documentation efforts across a range of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the development of working drawings and technical documentation, ensuring that all designs are translated accurately into buildable solutions. This role involves close collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, code-compliant, and constructible design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and coordination of complete working drawing sets including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Translate conceptual and schematic designs into accurate construction documentation.
• Ensure working drawings comply with building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility standards, and client specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, civil) to integrate engineering drawings into architectural documentation.
• Oversee the development of site plans, roof plans, wall sections, door/window schedules, and other technical documents.
• Review and approve shop drawings, RFIs, and material submittals during construction administration.
• Collaborate with contractors to resolve design and documentation issues during construction.
• Mentor junior staff on best practices for producing clear, consistent working drawings.
• Contribute to project timelines, resource planning, and budget management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect (RA) preferred.
• 8+ years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
• Extensive knowledge of working drawing standards and construction documentation processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting and BIM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
