Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in New Delhi for a Senior Architect. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, ensuring the integration of innovative solutions, and managing complex project lifecycles. In addition to overseeing architectural and structural blueprints, the role includes coordinating with clients, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule. The Senior Architect may also provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Architectural Design and comprehensive knowledge of Architecture principles
Experience in Software Development and Integration related to architectural processes
Strong skills in Project Management and the ability to oversee complex projects
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
Understanding of local building regulations and construction standards
Proficiency in architectural software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
10+ years of relevant professional experience in architecture and project leadership
Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices is an advantage
