Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of

  architectural detailed drawings

  , working drawings, and construction documents.
• Contribute to the

  design and planning of healthcare facilities

  , ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations.
• Work on

  interior design concepts and execution

  , from layouts to finishes, ensuring a balance of functionality and aesthetics.
• Participate in

  master planning projects

  , integrating design with site context, urban design principles, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review, coordinate, and guide junior architects and design team members.
• Conduct regular

  site visits

  to monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
• Stay updated with

  emerging materials, design trends, and technologies

  to integrate into practice.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in

  AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design/drafting tools

  .
• Knowledge of

  hospital design standards

  , healthcare workflows, and space programming is a strong plus.
• Excellent understanding of

  building codes, by-laws, and construction practices

  .
• Strong conceptual and design development abilities.
• Proven leadership, coordination, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight timelines.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch). Master’s Degree preferred but not mandatory.
• 4–7 years of proven professional experience in architectural practice.
• Prior experience in

  healthcare, institutional, or large-scale projects

  will be given preference.
• Registered with Council of Architecture (CoA) or eligible.
