Senior Architect

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for commercial and residential buildings, ensuring compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and client requirements.
• Oversee design phases from concept to completion, including feasibility studies, schematic designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
• Work closely with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure designs align with green building standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.
• Use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools for design and documentation.
• Mentor junior architects, review their designs, and provide constructive feedback.
• Present design proposals, manage client expectations, and incorporate feedback into project development.
• Understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to design and implement building plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).

• 6-9 years of experience in architectural design, specifically in multi-family residential or apartment buildings.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools.

• Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods.

• Experience in sustainable design principles and green building certifications (LEED, IGBC, etc.)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• The candidate should have a Driving License
