Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Architect with deep expertise in backend systems, cloud-native architecture, AI-driven platforms, and large-scale integrations. This is a senior role with strong technical leadership expectations. You will define the technical direction for Hudini’s platform, mentor backend teams and ensure stability, scalability, performance and seamless integration across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and define end-to-end technical architecture for Hudini’s SaaS platform.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to backend teams across squads.

• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems supporting all our channels like PWA, Mobile, Kiosk and TV.

• Lead the architectural design of AI-driven components including LLM integrations, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embedding pipelines, vector databases and model orchestration.

• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate business needs into robust technical designs.

• Establish and enforce platform-wide architecture standards, coding guidelines, API frameworks, integration patterns and best practices.

• Lead solution design for multi-system integrations including PMS, POS, CRM, IoT, payment gateways and third-party APIs.

• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies across AI, cloud, data, and backend ecosystems.

• Guide teams in implementing AI-assisted coding tools for development, refactoring, testing and documentation.

• Review and optimize system performance, cost efficiency and reliability.

• Participate in design reviews, code reviews and architectural governance.

• Collaborate with Engineering Manager / Project Leads to ensure structured execution and predictable delivery.

• Produce clear technical documentation supporting architecture decisions and platform evolution.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong expertise in GoLang (mandatory).

• Proven experience architecting and scaling cloud-native applications on AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS/SNS).

• Strong understanding of Go concurrency, performance patterns and idiomatic Go.

• Deep experience with Go frameworks and tools (Gin, Swagger/OpenAPI, SQLx, Testify, Go Modules, Migrate).

• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM architecture; including retrieval pipelines and vector/embedding systems.

• Experience designing data pipelines, analytics platforms, event-driven systems, and real-time processing.

• Strong background in microservices, distributed systems, API design and multi-tenant architecture.

• Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps practices.

• Experience working in integration-heavy environments, preferably hospitality tech.

• Ability to mentor developers, lead architectural discussions and influence engineering direction.

• Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and architectural blueprints.

• Exposure to frontend ecosystems such as ReactJS / React Native is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹6,500,000.00 per year
