POSITION: Senior Architect

LOCATION: Panaji, Goa

EXPERIENCE: 8–15 Years

ROLE SUMMARY:

EAS is seeking a Senior Architect to lead design development, manage client coordination, and drive project execution across residential, commercial, and institutional projects. The role requires strong design capability, technical knowledge, and leadership skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead conceptual, schematic, and detailed design stages for EAS projects.

• Prepare drawings, 3D models, presentations aligned with EAS design standards.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior teams.

• Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.

• Lead client meetings and translate requirements into functional designs.

• Conduct site visits for design coordination and quality checks.

• Guide junior architects and drafting staff.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong design and detailing capability

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape

• Knowledge of Goa building regulations (TCP, CRZ, Fire NOC, etc.)

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills

QUALIFICATION:

• B.Arch (Mandatory); M.Arch (Preferred)

• COA Registration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
