About the Role

We are hiring a highly skilled Senior Architect for a renowned South Delhi–based architectural practice known for delivering premium residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong design leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to take complete ownership of projects from concept to completion. You will play a key role in leading design teams, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Develop and present design concepts, working drawings, and detailed 3D visualizations.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client communications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, design accuracy, and compliance with approvals.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and interns on design and documentation tasks.
• Stay updated on modern design trends, materials, and sustainable practices to integrate into ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 6–10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven ability to independently handle residential and commercial projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent design sensibility with attention to detail and innovation.
• Strong leadership, client-handling, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
