Senior Architect – Design & Coordination (Hospitality Project)

Role Overview:

Senior Architect / Interior Project Lead

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

Design Management & Coordination:

• Lead all 

  design presentations and reviews

   with internal stakeholders, brand representatives, and consultants across project stages – from 

  concept to handover

  .
• Collaborate with a wide range of consultants, including 

  Architecture, Interiors, MEP, Structural, Landscape, Lighting, and Façade

  , ensuring coordinated and brand-compliant designs.
• Communicate 

  design changes, value engineering suggestions, and approvals

   efficiently and accurately to all relevant teams.
• Oversee 

  FF&E planning, selection, approval, and procurement

  , ensuring alignment with brand standards, aesthetics, and operational needs.
• Create and manage detailed 

  procurement and installation schedules

   for 

  Furniture, Decorative Lighting, Artwork, and Accessories

  .
• Supervise the preparation of 

  GFC drawings

  , including millwork, finishes, joinery details, and 

  coordinated RCPs

   with lighting and MEP services.
• Ensure 

  façade and structural drawings

   are aligned with interior requirements and design intent.
• Maintain timely documentation, design submittals, and 

  obtain approvals

  from senior management and brand teams.

Internal & Consultant Coordination:

• Act as the 

  key liaison

   between the corporate design team, on-site project teams, consultants, and vendors.
• Ensure all 

  coordinated drawings

   are technically accurate, updated, and aligned with procurement and construction milestones.
• Review and validate 

  work orders, BOQs, and material specifications

  based on design intent and actual site conditions.
• Conduct and lead 

  design coordination meetings

  , ensuring action points are tracked and closed in a timely manner.

Site Execution & Oversight:

• Conduct regular 

  site inspections

   to ensure quality of finishes, compliance with design intent, and brand expectations.
• Proactively address and resolve 

  on-site execution issues

   related to design detailing or service integration.
• Coordinate closely with site teams to manage 

  mock-ups, sample approvals, and handover stages

   for interior packages.

Candidate Profile:

• Education:

   B.Arch or Master’s in Architecture / Interior Design from a reputed institution.

• Experience:

   Minimum 

  10+ years

   of professional experience, with at least 

  5 years in hospitality interior projects

   (luxury hotels/resorts).
• Proficient in 

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Projects

• Working knowledge of 

  Revit, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, ArchiCAD

   is desirable.
• Strong understanding of 

  hospitality brand standards

  , FF&E lifecycle, procurement timelines, and site coordination protocols.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be 

  Bengaluru-based

   or willing to relocate
