About the Role

As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the execution of a diverse portfolio spanning mid to premium residential and commercial projects. You will be responsible for translating the organization's vision into innovative, future-oriented architectural solutions that resonate with market demands and elevate brand positioning in the rapidly growing real estate sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire design team throughout the design stages (Post Concept Design Stage).
• Act as the Project Stakeholders point of contact for design related issues.
• Act as the project’s design coordinator and contributes (fully or partially) to the overall design management activities.
• Responsible for Timely Completion & Quality Output of the Drawings.
• Coordination with External Architects, Structural Consultants & Services Consultants for the Architectural Working drawings, structural drawings & services drawings for the building projects.
• Co-ordination with external agencies for Approval of drawings.
• Review of Design and Drawings with view of functionality and possibility to provide further value additions including building services.
• Check & review the drawings accordingly with leading Architects on Master plan and building design ideas as regard to dimensional accuracy, aesthetics, functionality, interface with all services, specification of materials, sale drawings, Compliances to statutory approval & maintaining all drawings.
• Implementing their Design & Planning briefs by co-coordinating with external Architects.
• Preparing conceptual plans in-house for Project Feasibility study.
• Create architectural drawings based on building specifications, calculations and sketches.
• Take responsibility for coaching, mentoring and development of team members

Required Education Qualification

• Bachelor of Architecture/ Master of Architecture

Critical/Special Exposure

• Architecture Planning
• AutoCAD
• 2D/3D Drawing
• Understanding of National Building Codes
