Senior Architect

• Design Support: Assist in concept development, create sketches, and develop design drawings.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed plans, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Software Proficiency: Use CAD and 3D modeling (like SketchUp) for design and visualization.
• Project Coordination: Communicate with engineers, site managers, and vendors; review shop drawings.
• Compliance: Ensure designs meet building codes and regulations.
• Client Interaction: Help prepare presentations and materials for clients.
• Site Assistance: Support site supervision, verifying materials and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Commonly Listed)

• Architecture degree.
• Proficiency in design software (CAD, SketchUp, Lumion ).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction principles.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving and keen listening skills.
