Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Plan, supervise, and execute construction activities, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards.
Site Management: Oversee daily operations, prepare work schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate subcontractors and teams.
Quality & Safety: Conduct site inspections, enforce health and safety regulations, and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
Technical Guidance: Provide on-site technical expertise, troubleshoot issues, and act as the primary contact for technical guidance.
Coordination: Liaise with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and employees, negotiating prices and managing communication.
Documentation: Prepare reports, cost estimates, and budget plans, often balancing office work with site visits.

Essential Skills:

Technical knowledge (CAD software, building regulations).
Strong understanding of math and physics for structural calculations.
Problem-solving and communication.
Leadership and project management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,237.60 per month
