Position Details: Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil) Location: Trivandrum Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2-3 years Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's in civil Engineering Job Responsibilities: As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for: Site Supervision: Overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring they align with project plans and schedules. Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and quality control measures. Project Coordination: Collaborating with senior engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution. Material & Resource Management: Monitoring and managing site materials, tools, and workforce to maintain efficiency. Technical Assistance: Interpreting construction drawings, checking measurements, and guiding the workforce on technical aspects. Progress Reporting: Preparing daily and weekly reports on work progress, site issues, and recommendations for improvements. Problem-Solving: Identifying challenges in project execution and assisting in developing effective solutions. Key Requirements: Education: Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in construction site supervision or project execution Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction techniques, project planning, and structural work Software Proficiency: Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
