Senior Android Developer

As a Senior Android Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge Android applications that power our suite of financial products. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of Android development principles, a passion for innovation, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality, user-centric mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

● Drive large-scale projects to completion, from inception to production.

● Interface directly with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery

● Mentor other team members and foster a culture of growth

● Operate in a fast-moving environment, make quick decisions, and execute fiercely to deliver outcomes

● Take passion in going deep into critical issues and apply the learnings back into the product and team, whether technical or procedural

● Deep empathy and staunch advocacy for the customer

Qualifications

● Bachelors/Master in Computer Science or related area or equivalent experience

● 7+ years of experience and ability to develop, maintain, and innovate large-scale, consumer-facing mobile applications

● Experience with modern Android technologies like Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Jetpack Compose, and Android SDK

● Experience with web services (consuming or creating) with REST

● Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to different audiences

● Proficiency in the Software design/architecture process, MVVM is must

● Possess basic understanding of AI concepts and foundations

● Proficiency in the Software design/architecture process and experience with unit testing and Test Driven Development (TDD)

● Possess basic understanding of AI concepts and foundations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
