Senior Android Developer

Role Overview: As an Android Developer at NoPaperForms, your primary responsibility will be the development and maintenance of applications for a variety of Android devices. You will collaborate with other engineers to integrate these applications with back-end services. Your commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and delivering quality products will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. - Utilize external data sources and APIs. - Address bugs and enhance application performance. - Explore and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of Android development SDK and Kotlin. - Proficiency in Android UI design principles, MVVM, MVP patterns, Unit-test cases, Fragments, Custom view components, Java, RX Java, Android APIs, NDK, and design patterns. - Familiarity with JSON, XML, and Web Services API. - Good grasp of algorithms, design patterns, memory management, and multi-threaded programming. - Experience with SAAS platforms for mobile development such as Analytics, Push Notifications, Cloud Storage, Ad Networks, etc. - Hands-on experience with Android debugging, unit testing, memory, and performance optimization tools, including databases like SQL, room, sugar, etc. - Effective communication skills and ability to document ideas clearly.
