Senior Android Developer

Role & responsibilities

Role:

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Xamarin Android Development 
• C#
• .NET MAUI
• Web Services / REST API Integration
• PostgreSQL

Must-Have Competencies:

• Strong experience in Android application development using Xamarin and .NET MAUI
• Ability to understand existing Xamarin applications and work on enhancements
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications
• Experience leading or contributing to migration from Xamarin to .NET MAUI
• Knowledge of mobile architectural patterns (MVVM, MVC, etc.)
• Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and functional testing
• Ability to create deployable builds for Play Store or enterprise distribution
• Strong debugging and issue-resolution skills
• Expertise in building responsive and maintainable UI
• Experience with PostgreSQL

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Web and Windows application development using C# .NET
• Knowledge of Python
• Manufacturing domain experience
• Understanding of ERP / MES systems
• Experience with any MES product
• Ability to guide and mentor junior developers

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement analysis and design (HLD / LLD)
• Development and code reviews
• Unit, integration, and functional testing
• Defect fixing and documentation
• Status reporting and team mentoring
• Flexibility to adjust working hours as per project needs
