You ll focus on engaging the most qualified candidates by building relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business. Our team actively recruits for full time employees at all levels, from experienced to executive, as well as fixed term, contingent, and flexible talent and supports the internal movement process between roles. Hands on execution of endtoend recruitment process against each position as per the defined process. Conduct requirement intake meetings for every demand wherein the role, responsibilities, key deliverables, s, target talent market, salary range, interviewers for the role etc are clearly identified, documented and agreed upon with the business stakeholder. Candidate screening for all levels of demands either telephonic or in person (preferred mode) and complete HC IEF. Ensure quality of candidates submitted for demands to be greater than 70%. Compensation Approval and Offer Management. Guide & mentor junior recruiters for performance and process execution. Contribute to process improvements and process reengineering efforts to improve efficiency and yield.
