Senior Analyst, Workday Configuration

Role Overview: As an Analyst/Sr. Analyst HRIS at Brookfield's Bengaluru office, located at COWRKS, New Indiranagar, Infinity Tower B, you will be responsible for supporting, extending, and improving operational efficiencies within the Human Resources department. Your role will involve leading the Learning workstream on complex Workday implementations, configuring Workday Learning modules, resolving configuration issues, and supporting ongoing learning processes and year-end reporting activities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, design custom reports, manage and administer the Workday Learning system, and conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Additionally, you will serve as a subject matter expert for both the Workday Learning Module and the Workday Recruiting Module, providing mentorship, support, and resolving operational issues. Key Responsibilities: - Understand Workday security domains and maintain security on business processes - Configure Workday Learning modules and resolve configuration issues - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks - Design custom reports using Workday Learning tools - Manage and administer the Workday Learning system including user access, content management, and system configuration - Lead functional projects as a subject matter expert demonstrating deep functional knowledge throughout HR processes - Manage and resolve operational tickets and issues in a timely manner - Support and document new functionality setup for Brookfield (Workday Release R1\R2) - Demonstrate leading practices and design options via prototyping and mentor small teams across onshore and offshore functions Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required or a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience - Minimum 3+ years of experience in Workday Learning and any other Workday modules is required - Preferred time zone to crossover with US and Canada Team - Ability to work well in structured and unstructured environments, under pressure, and with changing and competing priorities and timelines - Possession of excellent consultative, organizational, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to collaborate and deliver excellent service to internal customers and can work effectively in a global team setting (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
