Senior Search Intelligence Analyst (SEO & AEO)

About the Role:

In today's evolving digital landscape, brand discovery extends beyond traditional search engines to encompass AI-driven answer engines. As a Senior Search Intelligence Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to master and implement strategies that shape how brands are perceived, cited, and trusted within this new ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Your mission is to integrate a comprehensive approach that includes:

  • Technical SEO foundations
  • E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) content strategy
  • Structured data architecture
  • AI visibility optimization

This unified framework will ensure maximum discoverability for clients, HT360, and its group companies. You will be instrumental in making brands visible not only in search results but also in AI-generated answers, knowledge graphs, and as industry thought leaders. This will all be supported by advanced analytics and actionable insights to drive success.

Skills

Technical Core Competencies:

  • Technical SEO: Expertise in audits (robots.txt, sitemaps, crawl optimization, site speed).
  • Content Authority: Developing E-E-A-T content briefs, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), creating AI-optimized content, and implementing content quality scoring.
  • Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): Real-time monitoring across platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini; citation tracking; and AI response optimization.
  • Data & Analytics: Utilizing AI visibility dashboards, benchmarking competitor presence, and developing attribution models.
  • Digital PR & Thought Leadership: Conducting industry research, providing expert commentary, executing publication outreach, and amplifying brand mentions.

Desirable Skills:

  • Foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with various AI monitoring tools.
  • Experience with international SEO strategies, particularly within US markets.

  • Creative Collaboration: Actively participate in creative discussions, contribute innovative ideas, and uphold brand consistency across all visual elements.

Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with product, design, PR, and marketing teams to ensure optimal AI visibility. Mentor junior SEO/AI associates and interns in audits, AI mention monitoring, and reporting.

Strategic Engagement: Cultivate relationships with publications, industry leaders, and AI ecosystems to bolster brand authority and secure citations.

Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Swiftly adjust strategies in response to algorithm updates, answer engine changes, and emerging AI visibility signals. Identify and address technical SEO issues and AI visibility gaps with actionable solutions to improve discoverability.

Results-Oriented: Drive measurable improvements in rankings, AI mentions, citations, traffic, and conversions, all aligned with defined KPIs.
