Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the strategy and product roadmap for settlement and treasury capabilities, aligned to Mastercards network transformation priorities. Lead the modernization of customer support by scaling automated, self-service solutions using intelligent automation and ML-based tools. Serve as the executive sponsor for high-priority network initiatives, acting as SME for customer inquiries linked to accelerated platform advancements. Shape and champion the implementation of scalable, digital solutions to enhance customer experience across clearing, settlement, and treasury operations. Assess emerging technologies (e.g., FedNow, real-time settlement platforms) and define strategic application within Mastercards ecosystem. Partner cross-functionally with global product, technology, operations, and client services teams to accelerate delivery, adoption, and impact
