Role Overview:

Senior Analyst – Pricing & Tax

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze product pricing, customer segments, and competitor benchmarks to develop data-driven pricing strategies.
• Support launch pricing for new products and promotional pricing across channels (D2C, marketplaces, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable indirect/direct tax regulations.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly tax filings, reconciliations, and reporting with external consultants or CA firms.
• Maintain pricing models and regularly update cost inputs, tax implications, and profitability margins.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align pricing with business objectives.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on product pricing and margins.
• Assist during internal and external audits with all necessary documentation and reconciliations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in pricing strategy, FP&A, or tax compliance.
• Solid knowledge of Indian taxation, especially GST and e-commerce tax requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or similar finance tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
