As part of the team, your responsibilities will include: - Processing daily activities related to rollovers, rate fixings, drawdowns, and private assets following departmental guidelines. - Generating Client Reports within specified deadlines and frequency and addressing internal and external inquiries promptly. - Reconciling and reporting internal systems to client, counterparty, and TPA records. - Maintaining and enhancing internal Alternative Asset Operations systems. - Collaborating with the team and management to continuously enhance daily operations. - Assisting in completing internal and external Audit requests. - Updating team procedures and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and processes. - Monitoring credit documentation, compliance certificates, etc. - Providing support to the Syndicated Loans Admin team during peak volumes. - Establishing relationships with internal teams, agents, counterparts, and the Front Office. - Adhering to company policies, values, and beliefs.
