About the team:

 The role reports to the Commercial Systems Manager, who is reporting to the Head of Sell to Cash Europe within the E2E Commercial Tower. The team works closely with several business partners including Commercial Finance, Sales, Supply, Financial Control, Marketing, and the various IS stakeholders (Enterprise Operation, TCS, Infosys, Diageo Bangalore, etc.).   b) Market Complexity  Main markets are: Great Britain, Ireland and Northern Ireland.   c) Leadership Responsibilities and capabilities  Diageos ambition is to become the best performing, most trusted and respected consumer products company in the world.    About the role:   The Commercial Systems Analyst role is based in Budapest. The role will provide business insight and analytical rigour to support and challenge the delivery of our financial and commercial targets by working closely with stakeholders across the main markets. Holding people to account in order to deliver successful results. Ensure to have smooth and successful delivery of the short - and long-term plans relating to commercial systems. Ensure that the system, performance promise is kept, and the related processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, on time and in line with the control requirements. This role gives great visibility to senior management and allows the individual to grow. 
   Role Responsibilities:  
  Maintenance of the commercial/financial systems. Making sure that the processes are working efficiently amongst the various user groups. 
  Drive process standardization and process improvement. Seek for best practice. Deliver user acceptance trainings and testing. Hold people to account. 
  Work in line with the control requirements in order to achieve satisfactory rating 
  Ensure smooth operation and next year planning. Generate insight, provide analysis for business decision support. Continuously monitor performance. Setting work priorities appropriately. 
  Perform any additional commercial / financial system related task as per Line Managers request 
   Experience / skills required:  
  Functional Capabilities 
 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sector. Excellent coordination, prioritization and stakeholder management skills Personal drive to take ownership and deliver solutions and results Ability to work independently and in teams essential Experience in working with integrated systems (SAP, BW, CRM, ) desirable MS Office (MS Excel, Outlook are essential) Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with high accuracy Excellent business English Hard working, fast learning personality, flexibility, inquisitiveness, proactivity Results orientated and capable of working in a flexible working environment. Self- driven.   Barriers to Success in Role  Lack of ownership, drive, accuracy, lack of logical and structured thinking, lack of understanding basic financial processes, insufficient language knowledge, inability to work independently or to adapt to the flexible working structure. Inability to develop strong working relationships across the key stakeholders and deliver against promises or have no satisfactory communication skills.
