Job Description

You are a Senior Analytics Specialist with expertise in web and mobile analytics, and your primary role is to support the digital marketing team in various analytics-related tasks. Your responsibilities include conducting requirement analysis, consulting with stakeholders, implementing analytics solutions for both web and mobile platforms, generating reports, optimizing performance, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to ensuring that analytics implementation and reporting strategies are in line with business objectives. You will be defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on client objectives and tracking progress towards achieving them. Additionally, you will collect, analyze, and report on data related to web and mobile app performance, traffic, user behavior, conversion activities, site performance, and campaigns. Developing Google Looker Studio dashboards by merging data from various sources is also part of your responsibilities. As a Senior Analytics Specialist, you will be expected to monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, gather insights, and provide recommendations to enhance business performance. You should be capable of independently managing internal and external projects with minimal supervision, ensuring high-quality delivery within specified timelines. A crucial aspect of your role involves implementing and evaluating A/B tests for Conversion Rate Optimization and providing accurate estimates for new requirements. To be successful in this role, you should be a Google Analytics Certified professional with a minimum of six years of experience in analytics and reporting. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Firebase, Heap, and Mixpanel is essential. Strong analytical skills, the ability to work with extensive datasets, excellent project management capabilities, and experience in implementing tracking through various tools like Google Tag Manager SDKs, MMPs, or CDPs are required. Your background should also include expertise in user journey mapping, conversion tracking, and trend analysis. Hands-on experience with tools like Supermetrics, Google Ads, Google Optimize, or Hotjar would be advantageous. Furthermore, excellent communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and reporting.,
