Senior Analyst - DevOps [T500-21325]

Principal Purpose of Position:

• Work with Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment tools, and source control such as TeamCity, Octopus Deployment and Azure for DevOps.
• Constantly testing our systems' integrity, production designs, application developments, and other processes related to infrastructure and software development, making improvements as needed.
• Update our existing processes and design new processes as needed.
• Automate our manual operational processes as needed, with accuracy and in compliance with our security requirements.
• Identifying, documenting, and developing new product features, and creating automated scripts.
• Offer 24/7 technical and production support where needed, including other teams.

Education and/or Training:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• DevOps-related certifications.

Relevant Work Experience:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience with industry-leading CI and CD products. Such as Azure for DevOps, Team City, and or Octopus Deployment.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience with both Windows and Linux-based infrastructures, including Windows and Linux/Uni administration.
• Minimum 4 years of knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a DevOps Engineer role (or similar role); experience in software development and Infrastructure development is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience managing cloud infrastructure. Azure or AWS preferred.

Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:

• Experience with project management and workflow tools.
• Efficient time and project management skills, with the capability to prioritize and multitask as needed.

Communicating & Influencing Skills:

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain protocol and processes with the team and management.
• Outstanding troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues before they become problems.
• Solid team player with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated, Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
