Senior Analyst

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Global Banking and Markets Technology (GBAMT) Business Support Management (BSM) team at Bank of America. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the GBAMT Senior Leadership team, LOB Business Support & COO Teams, and support partners. This position will allow you to develop expertise in Business Management and Analytics while gaining exposure to various aspects of Tech Delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Delivery head and their direct leadership team. - Collaborate with LOB Business Support & COO teams. - Prepare reports and dashboards for the senior leadership team, LOB Business Support & COO teams. - Analyze data and present insights to the senior leadership team for decision-making. - Assist in finding simple solutions to complex business problems. - Prepare presentations for business reviews with GDCE senior leadership team & LOB exec. - Coordinate and follow up with support partners and delivery teams to ensure goal achievement. - Track projects and tasks to completion. - Partner with Delivery Leaders to plan and execute LOB visits, offsite events, workshops, and planning sessions. - Assist and coordinate with the Delivery Lead and their team for various tasks including on-boarding, invoicing, resource movement, staffing, compliance trainings, project portfolio, and more. Qualifications Required: - Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech - Certifications: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint - Experience Range: 6-8+ years Foundational Skills: - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook. - Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with the Senior Leadership team. - Strong presentation and documentation skills using MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel. - Good business acumen, analytical, and logical reasoning ability for making informed business decisions. - Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot tables, Graphs, Macros, Look-Ups, and other important functionalities. - Proactive approach in meeting Leadership requirements. - Ability to independently lead meetings and collaborate with various leaders. - Quick learning ability and proactive drive for initiatives. - Capability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure. - Willingness to address issues maturely and proactively. - Attention to detail is crucial. - Act responsibly and confidently communicate with the leadership team.
