Role: Senior AI/ML Engineer Location: Kolkata (Onsite) CTC: ₹12 LPA - ₹22 LPA (Team Leader in 5 Years with ₹50 LPA+ CTC) CTC = 60% Cash + 40% Equity—structured for exponential upside as Renokon redefines AI-driven commerce. We're fixing the broken link between attention and action—seamlessly integrating AI-powered personalized voice-first sales agent, immersive shopping, and native monetization for creators. We’re looking for world-class Full Stack AI Engineer to join our team and help scale Renokon’s vision. Who are we looking for? 8+ years of hands-on experience. Comfortable working in Kolkata (onsite). Strong understanding of AI-driven recommendations, search intelligence, and real-time infrastructure. Passion for creator monetization, commerce, and revolutionizing digital ads. What You’ll Work On – Build the world's first voice-native sales agent for voice-based shopping. Optimize AI-powered search & recommendations with ElasticSearch + NLP models (BERT-based semantic search). Develop high-throughput ad bidding engines using XGBoost, DeepFM & RL-based bidding agents to maximize ad conversions. Build trust-driven commerce scoring models with Graph ML, Trust Rank & Behavioral Scoring (XGBoost) to ensure high-quality transactions. Develop creator scoring models using multi-factor ML models (virality, engagement, sales) to drive optimal brand-creator matching. Train NLP-powered content discovery systems leveraging GPT-4 Turbo & custom LLMs via Hugging Face for AI-driven recommendations. Ensure content moderation with CV + NLP models (HuggingFace + Perspective API) to maintain platform integrity. Develop LLM Co-Pilot fine-tuned on top creators, ad campaigns, and real-world commerce insights to assist brands in optimizing ads. Implement advanced A/B testing & experimentation using LaunchDarkly / Unleash to refine AI models based on user behavior. Optimize e-commerce personalization through Neural Collaborative Filtering (NCF) & DeepFM-based recommendation engines. Preferred Educational Qualification: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) . Candidates with strong applied ML experience and contributions to open-source AI projects can be considered without a PhD. Why join us?
