About the Role
As a Senior AI Software Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing client relationships.
Your focus will be on selling our AI software solutions to businesses across various industries.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a goal achiever, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the software or technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients who would benefit from our AI software solutions. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, including initial outreach, product demonstrations, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Product Expertise: Become an expert on our AI software and be able to articulate its value proposition, technical capabilities, and business benefits to potential clients.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively position our products.
Quota Attainment: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to provide feedback from the field and contribute to product development and sales strategy. Required
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: [e.g., 5+ years] of professional experience in software sales, with a strong emphasis on selling B2B technology solutions. Proven Track Record: A demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Acumen: An understanding of software, AI concepts (like AI agents), and technology trends. The ability to quickly grasp and explain complex technical products is essential.
Self-Driven: A highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-disciplined individual who can work independently and manage their own pipeline.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup or growth-stage company environment.
Preferred Qualifications Experience selling AI, machine learning, or similar emerging technology solutions.
