Role Description

We are seeking a skilled AI Python Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement AI solutions with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applications. You will work to create scalable AI applications that leverage the latest advances in LLM technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement LLM-based applications using APIs from providers like Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI
• Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for domain-specific applications
• Create efficient document processing and embedding pipelines
• Develop, test, and deploy scalable AI applications in production environments
• Optimize prompt engineering and context handling for LLM applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Contribute to the development of AI strategy and best practices
• Stay current with the latest developments in AI/ML technologies and frameworks

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Python development
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases
• Experience with embedding models and semantic search
• Proficiency in data processing libraries (NumPy, Pandas)
• Solid understanding of NLP concepts and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of software development best practices and version control (Git)
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualification:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices
• Experience building production-grade RAG systems
• Background in prompt engineering and LLM application development
• Experience with semantic search and embedding models
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Experience with distributed computing systems
