Role Overview

Senior AI Platform Architect

This is a fully remote, high-impact role with ownership over platform architecture, system scalability, and end-to-end AI workflow design.

Required Skills

Core Technical Expertise

• Senior-level experience

  architecting and building AI-driven applications

  end-to-end.
• Deep hands-on experience with

  LLMs

  such as GPT, Claude, Llama, or similar.
• Strong expertise with

  image generation models

  such as

  SDXL, Flux

  , or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in

  Python or Node.js

  .
• Ability to design multi-modal

  AI pipelines

  combining

  text, images, audio

  .
• Extensive experience with

  vector databases

  and embedding-based workflows (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, etc.).
• Strong understanding of

  TTS systems

  (ElevenLabs, Azure TTS, Play.ht, or similar).
• Experience deploying applications on

  cloud or serverless platforms

  (AWS, GCP, Vercel, Replit, or similar).
• Strong

  prompt engineering

  and model orchestration skills.
• Ability to design scalable systems including:
• job queues
• caching layers
• retry logic
• monitoring & alerting
• Experience implementing

  secure authentication

  (OAuth, JWT) and

  payment integrations

  (Stripe, Razorpay).
• Strong debugging, optimization, and

  architecture documentation

  skills.

Key Responsibilities

AI Architecture & Platform Engineering

• Lead the

  complete re-architecture

  of the platform (backend, AI pipelines, DB design, frontend structure).
• Build a modern, modular, and scalable

  AI generation engine

  for stories, illustrations, and audio narration.
• Design

  prompt orchestration

  , fallback strategies, and model routing logic for reliability.
• Build

  Stable Diffusion / SDXL / Flux pipelines

  with character identity control and consistency.
• Implement and optimize TTS integration for high-quality narrations (e.g., ElevenLabs).
• Architect workflows for

  embedding generation

  , semantic search, retrieval, and memory modules.

Backend & Infrastructure Engineering

• Build a clean backend stack using

  Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Node.js (Express, NestJS)

  .
• Set up cloud infrastructure on

  Replit, AWS, Vercel, or similar

  including CI/CD.
• Design secure user authentication, session handling, and subscription/payment workflows.
• Build a robust

  job queue system

  with retries, logging, and audit trails.
• Create content review workflows and internal admin dashboards.

Performance, Reliability & Developer Experience

• Reduce failure rates across generation pipelines and optimize inference speed.
• Establish proper observability: logging, monitoring, analytics, and performance dashboards.
• Build a clean, modular codebase with

  complete documentation

• Ensure the architecture supports

  high user volume

  and future feature expansion.
• Work closely with product to define roadmap, milestones, and development priorities.
