Senior AI-ML Business Analyst

The chosen candidate will assume, in close coordination with the Head on the [AI Center of Expertise]; the role of "Senior Data Scientist BA" participating, along with the whole team, in supporting the business teams in the experimentation and industrialization of innovative projects (AA) i.e. from the POC to project instruction phases and implementation and deployment in the BNPP ITG Cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

They include following activities:

• Participate in all workshops related to gathering of needs and presentation of requirements
• Challenge requirements providing full and accurate explanation to stakeholders
• Act as a bridge between business teams and our IT team translating needs into an IT solution
• Participate in the definition of the target architecture
• Contribute to the design of the associated AI solution to meet user's needs
• Follow the Proof of Concept if needed to experiment new models, algorithms, technical assets,
• Monitor the industrialization process following ITG guidelines with the help of the project manager (project launching, instruction, );
• Build the test strategy alongside the business stakeholders
• Coordinate the whole testing phase with underlined proper communication
• Get accustomed with methodology (Agile Scrum) and tooling used (JIRA, Octane, ) and act as a vector of their proper usage
• Exchange with the various ITG experts to reach the full understanding of AI landscape (Service offers available, technical and security requirements, guidelines, )
• Identify skills needed depending on the characteristics of the project
• Identify potential new skills needed and coordinate with Head of CoE to anticipate needed trainings / hirings

And also dedicated activities in proximity with the Product Owner of the CoE including:

Manage Backlog (help in managing the CoE global backlog)

Design Feature (Design Opus/Features/User Stories (US) specifically tailored for AI applications)

Improve continuously prioritization methodology (Advising the Product Owner on prioritization methods based on estimated value is critical in AI projects due to their complexity and potential impact on operations)

• Acculturate our F&R-Solutions colleagues and our business partners, on AI capabilities helping them getting basic/medium knowledge and enlighten them on its benefits.
• Act as the first point of contacts for local business partners in the collect and first-level assessment of potential AI-eligible needs.

• Participate to the "Ideation" phase used to identify pain points and possible topics eligible to AI
• Participate to the Identification of potential new skills/competencies needed and alert Head of CoE accordingly.

Candidate must justify relevant experience on following streams:

Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst as member of an IT team in charge of the implementation and maintenance of IT solutions. Strong knowledge and experience in conducting, at least, following phases of a project is required: requirements gathering/clarification, solution design, and UAT tests. Also, significant experience in Agile is needed, especially Scrum methodology.

Minimum of 2 years experience on AI projects having had the opportunity to work on a variety of topics: Machine Learning, NLG, NLP, LLM, MLLM, IDP, OCR, ...

Native English is required.
