Job Description

Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities:

Develop cutting-edge AI solutions for future trends
Rapidly prototype and deliver impactful features (DemoBytes)
Integrate existing libraries/datasets for novel applications
Develop select features from scratch when necessary
Collaborate cross-functionally on AI innovations
Proactively improve systems based on AI trends
Participate in agile development processes
Deliver frequent, incremental outputs
Balance innovation with practical implementation

Requirements and Skills:

Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field
4+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions.
Handled team of minimum 5.
Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with Java and R
Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision
Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
