Senior Agile Digital Solution Startegist

We are seeking a seasoned strategist with deep experience in designing and delivering agile digital solutions for life sciences clients. This role blends technical leadership with business insight to architect platforms that optimise regulatory compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient-Centric Strategy: Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders to understand business models, therapeutic requirements, and operational pain points. Translate these into digital roadmaps that deliver measurable impact.AgileProgram Leadership: Lead agile teams across discovery, development, and deployment phases. Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery of validated solutions.LifeSciences-Specific Solutioning: Architect and oversee platforms for regulatory compliance activities and workflows.Digital Innovation: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, NLP, RPA, blockchain) into client workflows to enhance speed, accuracy, and compliance.Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all solutions meet GxP, HIPAA, GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11 standards. Lead validation planning and audit readiness.Stakeholder Engagement: Actas a strategic partner to Solstice clients, guiding digital transformation initiatives and aligning technology with business outcomes.Mentorship & Thought Leadership: Coach agile teams and contribute to industry forums, white papers, and client workshops.Required Skills & QualificationsMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.8+ years of experience in agile software development, with 3+ years focused on life science clients.Proven success in delivering digital platforms for clinical, regulatory, or commercial life sciences functions.Deep understanding of life sciences data standards (CDISC, HL7, IDMP), validation frameworks (GAMP 5), and industry platforms (Veeva, Medidata, Argus).Strong grasp of cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and DevOps practices.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with regulatory, pharmacovigilance or real-world evidence platforms.Familiarity with FAIR data principles, semantic modelling, and digital twin technologies.Certifications in Agile (SAFe, Scrum), DevOps, or Life Sciences IT.What We OfferStrategic leadership role in shaping client innovation.Access to global life sciences clients and cutting-edge technologies.Competitive compensation.Culture of autonomy, innovation, and continuous learning.
