Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Agency Manager, located in Nayagarh. The Senior Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents. They will also develop and implement sales strategies, monitor agent performance, and ensure compliance with company policies. Additional tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve analyzing market trends and providing insights to improve our services.
