As an Agency Manager in the Direct Sales Force, your role involves recruiting and motivating insurance advisors/agents to achieve sales targets set by the company. Your responsibilities include: - Recruiting good quality prospective insurance advisors/agents and ensuring they acquire IRDA licensing - Motivating advisors/agents to achieve sales targets - Providing on-the-job training and managing performance on financial planning - Updating knowledge about financial markets and life insurance industry trends - Conducting engagement activities and rewards programs for advisors/agents - Motivating advisors to visit the branch and create branch engagement - Maintaining relationships with stakeholders - Ensuring persistence for policies procured by the team to achieve profitability - Providing proper customer service and assisting in claim settlement In terms of qualifications, the company is looking for candidates who are: - Any Graduates - Fresher with a good network or minimum 1 year in any Domain Sales with the current company If you have 0-4 years of experience and are passionate about sales and team management, this role could be a great fit for you.,
