Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Agency Manager located in Jajpur. The Senior Agency Manager will be responsible for leading agency sales initiatives, recruiting and training insurance agents, managing agent performance, and driving business growth. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to achieve targets, building strong relationships with clients and agents, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
