Job Description

As an Agency Manager in the Direct Sales Force, your role is crucial in recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents to achieve sales targets effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Recruiting high-quality insurance advisors/agents and ensuring they obtain IRDA licensing to meet company sales targets. - Motivating and guiding advisors/agents to achieve set sales targets. - Providing on-the-job training, managing, and monitoring performance in financial planning with clients/customers. - Staying updated on financial markets and industry trends in life insurance. - Organizing engagement activities and training sessions for advisors/agents. - Implementing rewards and recognition programs monthly, quarterly, and annually. - Encouraging advisors to visit the branch, engage with stakeholders, and initiate client meetings. - Ensuring persistence in policies procured by the advisor team to enhance overall profitability. - Delivering excellent customer service and supporting agents/advisors/clients/customers in claim settlements. Additionally, the company is looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Education: Any Graduates - Experience: Fresher with a good network or a minimum of 1 year in any domain sales with the current company You should have a minimum experience level of 0 - 4 years to be considered for this role.,
