Role: Senior Admission Counselor Location: On-site, Noida Type: Full-time Role Description As a Senior Admission Counselor, you’ll be the first point of contact for aspiring students. Your role is crucial in guiding them through their educational journey—right from course exploration to enrollment. You’ll combine empathetic communication with a goal-driven mindset to match students with the right program, clarify doubts, and ultimately convert inquiries into enrollments. You will work closely with the marketing and academic teams to ensure high-quality engagement and student satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Consult with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings Understand learner goals and recommend suitable certification or degree programs Manage the full admission lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment Follow-up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and webinars Build strong relationships and maintain a healthy admissions pipeline Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets Work collaboratively with team members to improve conversion processes and student onboarding Qualifications Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Proven track record in sales, education counseling, or admissions (EdTech preferred) Excellent communication (English & Hindi) – both written and verbal Ability to understand student psychology and create urgency in the sales cycle Bachelor's degree required (Master’s or experience in counseling is a plus) Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM tools and Google Workspace Compensation Fixed Salary: Upto ₹3 LPA Variable Performance-Based Incentives: No cap – high performers can earn up to ₹12 LPA annually Join Hyskilled and become a part of a rapidly growing EdTech startup that believes in accessible education, measurable outcomes, and limitless career growth.
