Job Summary:

Senior Admission Counselors

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end admissions counseling process – from lead generation, student counseling, course pitching, to final enrollment.
Convert potential leads into admissions by explaining program details, career benefits, and ROI.
Counsel students and parents via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to drive admissions.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets consistently.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and student details in CRM.
Stay updated with the latest courses, education trends, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with the sales and academic team to improve conversion strategies.
Deliver excellent customer experience while ensuring high student satisfaction.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any field (MBA preferred).
1–6 years of end-to-end sales experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to counsel students and parents effectively with a solutions-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
