Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor at Badruka School of Management (BSM), located in Medchal. The Admissions Counsellor will manage the end-to-end student admissions process, including counseling prospective students and their families, answering inquiries, and providing in-depth information about the academic programs. Responsibilities also include supporting the admissions team in organizing campus tours, events, and outreach programs while maintaining accurate records. The role involves working closely with the marketing team to attract potential students, ensuring a seamless and professional admissions experience.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 6 years of experience in Admissions department. Experience with any premium institute is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills to engage effectively with prospective students and parents.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple candidates and admissions tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in administrative functions, maintaining records, and using relevant tools or CRM platforms for admissions management.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams, plan events, and contribute to outreach and marketing activities to promote the institution.
  • Post Graduation qualification is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in student admissions, academic counseling, or similar roles is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive inquiries professionally and confidentially.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
