Senior Admission Counsellor

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Admissions Counsellor to join our team at OWIS, Whitefield. The role involves guiding prospective families through the admissions process, ensuring a smooth experience, and supporting the school in achieving enrolment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and counsel prospective parents on OWIS programs and admissions.
• Conduct school tours, orientation sessions, and open houses.
• Manage the admissions process including applications, assessments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on admissions.
• Support marketing and outreach activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education/Management/Marketing).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in admissions counselling, preferably in an IB school.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
