As an HRIS Administrator at MongoDB, you will be a key resource in managing our HR system platforms, providing expert guidance to the organization and transforming data into actionable solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Experienced in direct client interaction, collaborating with key stakeholders globally - Providing expert guidance on HRIS requirements and system configuration best practices - Administering, configuring, and maintaining various modules within our HRIS cloud systems - Assisting in company-wide HRIS projects, interpreting business needs, and automating scalable processes - Providing day-to-day system production support and resolving system-related issues - Conducting testing for system enhancements and changes, as well as software upgrades - Developing, documenting, and maintaining system administration procedures - Submitting and monitoring open tickets for system fixes or enhancements globally - Monitoring global workflow, functionality, and permissions Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of hands-on HRIS administrator and configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors or Greenhouse modules - Ability to independently assess system configurations and identify improvement opportunities - Experience with reporting/query tools and data management tools - Enthusiasm for learning new technology, process improvement, and data integrity - Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills - Understanding of HR processes and data integration - Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills - Experience creating proofs of concept for various stakeholders - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred - Greenhouse or SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification highly desirable About MongoDB: MongoDB is a company built for change, empowering customers and employees to innovate at the speed of the market.
