Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Senior Administrative Assistant, located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including providing executive-level support, managing correspondence, maintaining scheduling and calendars, and performing clerical duties. The role also entails communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, answering phone inquiries, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative operations.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills to manage schedules, organize files, and oversee administrative procedures.
• Proficiency in executive administrative assistance, including experience in supporting higher management and handling confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette to handle inquiries and interactions with professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., MS Office).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a similar role or office environment is a plus.
