Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, verification, and processing of invoices for services rendered. You will work collaboratively on collections, including sending invoice reminders and communicating with customers through various channels. It will be your duty to maintain the confidentiality of the organization's information and manage collections effectively, which may involve reviewing credit memos or revised invoices. Additionally, you will play a role in driving process improvements and efficiency within the accounts receivable function, ensuring consistent processes are implemented across all agencies. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing, verifying, and processing invoices for services rendered - Collaborate on collections, including sending reminders and communicating with customers - Maintain confidentiality of organizational information - Manage collections effectively, including reviewing credit memos or revised invoices - Drive process improvements and efficiency in the accounts receivable function Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in Excel and Power Point - Pro-active self-starter with a dynamic and resilient nature - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills - Well organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills - Strong financial aptitude - Proficiency in PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Experience in Net Suite (added advantage) - 6-8 years of relevant experience in a professional work environment, with a minimum of 4 years" experience in Accounts Receivable - Keen eye for process and quality improvement Novotech is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment, where gender equality is valued.
