The Warranty Coordinator position at Nextracker, based in Hyderabad, India, reports to the Manager of Commissioning & Technical Support. As the Warranty Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include acting as the primary interface between Project Managers and the Customer Service team for processing Product Returns by approving RMAs. You will be responsible for tracking repeat patterns on NCs, following up on corrective actions recommended by quality, and mitigating risks in case of deviations. Additionally, you will execute Product Returns by collaborating with Logistics on Pick-ups and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures for all product returns. You will also facilitate Material Diversions via RMA/VRA, liaise with cross-functional teams, maintain proper stock control for Product Returns, monitor RMA inventory, coach stakeholders on the Product Returns & Replacement Process, support the Quality team in retrieving defective Product Returns for Failure Analysis, review Product failure NCRs, and continuously seek to improve the RMA Process within the organization. To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate with 4-6 years of experience in managing & processing Product Returns (RMA), Logistic, and Supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a global supply chain function, a background in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, knowledge of Solar PV systems and electronics component failure analysis, familiarity with global logistic policies, customs clearance documentation, shipping INCO terms, and proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI and SAP/NetSuite. Preferred qualifications include excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to understand high-level business processes and interactions, and a customer-centric attitude.
