Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Accounts Receivable Executive to join our team at Medusind Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate records of customer payments, invoices, and outstanding balances.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve accounts receivable processes and reduce bad debts.

Collaborate with the sales team to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment from customers.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in accounts receivable operations.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
