We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accounts Officer to join our leadership team. This is a senior-level role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can independently make sound financial decisions, and is capable of leading and mentoring a team of 15 accounts professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 15 accounting staff across multiple outlets.
Independently oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and statements.
Oversee statutory compliance, audits, taxation (GST, TDS, IT), and regulatory filings.
Drive financial process improvements, cost controls, and internal checks.
Coordinate with management to provide insights for strategic decisions.
Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Commerce or Accounting (CA Inter preferred).
Minimum 8–15 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of accounting software, GST laws, and financial regulations.
Proven ability to take independent decisions and handle responsibilities end-to-end.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
