Senior Accounts Manager (Male)

Job Summary: The Accounts Manager will oversee and manage the accounting operations of the organization. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing the accounting team, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. Coordinate and complete annual audits. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage budget and forecasting activities. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CA preferred). Proven working experience as an Accounts Manager or Senior Accountant. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Experience with creating financial statements. Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process. Advanced knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
