Job Title: Senior Accountant
Experience - 10 to 15 years
Preferred Male Candidates Only
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who can independently handle GST, TDS, accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of taxation, bookkeeping, and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management
Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ERP.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation.
Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.
GST Management
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
Handle GST reconciliation (GSTR-2A/2B).
Manage input tax credit (ITC) and ensure compliance.
Address GST notices and coordinate with consultants.
TDS & Income Tax
Calculate and deduct TDS as per the Income Tax Act.
Prepare and file TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.).
Generate Form 16 & Form 16A.
Manage tax-related queries and coordinate with authorities.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, company laws).
Prepare required documents for audits.
Assist in internal and external audits.
Maintain records required for statutory inspections.
Other Responsibilities
Coordinate with management for financial planning.
Prepare MIS reports as required.
Handle vendor and client reconciliations.
Support year-end closing activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
